Privacy notice.
This starter notice explains the intended use of information submitted through the Domain Troves website. Review and update it before launch to reflect actual practices and applicable law.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Information you provide
If you contact Domain Troves, you may provide your name, email address, domain name, enquiry details, and any budget or expected-price information you choose to share.
2. How information is used
Information may be used to respond to your enquiry, evaluate whether a domain-related conversation is appropriate, communicate about potential brokerage services, and maintain relevant business correspondence.
3. How the current contact form works
The current website form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not itself send the email or store form submissions on the website server. If you choose to send the email, it will be handled by your email provider and the recipient's email provider. Revise this notice if a server, CRM, analytics, or form-processing service is added.
4. Sharing and retention
Do not submit passwords, registrar credentials, payment card details, identity documents, or other sensitive information through the initial contact form. Set retention practices based on actual business operations and legal requirements.
5. Cookies, analytics, and third parties
This starter site does not intentionally include analytics or advertising tracking code. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may involve requests to Google's services. Update this notice if you add analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other third-party tools.
6. Your choices and questions
For questions about information you have sent, please use the Contact page. Before publishing, add a monitored contact email and confirm procedures available for access, correction, deletion, and other rights applicable to visitors.
7. Important note
This is a general starter template, not legal advice. Review it with a qualified professional and tailor it to the operator's location, visitors, data practices, and applicable privacy laws before publishing.
